Miller Survey | DCCM provides a wide range of services. We have particular expertise in Boundary, Topographic/Design, Construction and Underground Utility Locations. Services include:
- Boundary Surveys: Consisting of residential lots to properties containing over 2500 acres. Our files contain over 1000 boundary surveys, which include numerous commercial and downtown business district surveys which are prepared In accordance with requirements for Standard Land Surveys, Category 1A, Conditional I & II and ALTA/NSPS.
- Topographic/Designs Surveys: Consist of design surveys for new residential subdivisions, shopping centers, commercial sites, educational sites for site renovations or new construction, plus numerous current University of Houston projects, roadway projects for Metropolitan Transit Authority, Harris County Engineering Department and numerous engineering clients.
- Right-of-Way & Parcel Acquisition Surveys: Preparation of parcel metes and bounds and right-of-way mapping.
- Construction Surveys: As a sub-consultant to numerous construction clients, we provide construction clients, we provide construction surveying services for roadway, utilities, new construction of commercial buildings, apartment projects, health institutions and educational facilities.
- Subdivision Platting & Submittals: Miller Survey | DCCM is highly experienced in subdivision platting, submittals for recordation and is familiar with the subdivision platting requirements. We have provided this service to numerous commercial clients, major subdivisions, retail sites and small one lot subdivisions.
